This program gives you non-holiday regular Monday thru Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST business hour on-site, phone and email support. Normal charges for mileage (DC Metro Proper only) & minimum hour do not apply if you enroll in this program. Quarterly options: • 3 hours* for $420 • 6 hours* for $820 ($20 discount) • 9 hours* for $1220 ($40 discount) * One (1) extra hour free, so with the 3 hour option you get a 4th hour free, etc. Annual commitment required. Weekend, Holiday, off-hour & Emergency Call options available. |

Performance Tuning Just like cars, computers need regular tune-ups so they are running at optimal performance. This package provides verified benchmark ratings so you can see the improvement! Includes a consult, performance diagnostic and tuning. Package options: • every 4 months (3 annual visits) at $400/yr/PC (only ~$3/day for peace of mind) • every 6 months (2 annual visits) at $300/yr/PC (only ~$1.50/day for peace of mind) • Discounts available for 2+ PC's • Enrollment in these packages will provide discounts to other services during the enrollment year as well. Quarterly Professional Virus Prevention Deep-Level Virus / Malware / Ransomware scan for $225/yr/PC (less than 62¢/day); $200/yr/2 PCs Enrollment in this package will provide discounts to other services during the enrollment year as well. Maintenance Contracts We offer tailored maintenance contracts to help save you time and money. New Computer/Device Purchase Consultation Most people don't know what hardware a computer needs to run optimally (i.e. not slow) or that off-the-shelf devices are very low-end models that only last 1-3 years at most! These devices are also not built to last the increasing demands of the latest software updates & upgrades designed for newer devices since yours was purchased. Pre-purchase (available for all below Tiers): • In-depth consult and evaluation of your personal and business device needs; basically "how" you use your your computer. • Analysis with a provided list of technical specs for your device search, not just for today, but to carry you years into the future. • In-depth review and feedback via email over a 2 month period on up to 3 devices of the same type (ie. PC, Mac, mobile device) that you find and are of interest. Additional device reviews and feedback will be $40/each. • Up to two (2) hours of phone consult time over a 2 month period for additional questions. Additional time will be $85/hr in 30 minute increments. • Tier-1 Package: Flat rate of $179/device (single device unless identical configuration; actual purchase not included). • Includes all benefits above. • Additional configurations start at $50/each. • Tier-2 Package: Flat rate of $199/device (single device unless identical configuration; actual purchase not included). • Includes all benefits of Tier-1 Package + Make/Model • Store recommendations for purchase. • Additional configurations start at $70/each. (for those than don't have the time to do it). • Tier-3 Package: Flat rate of $230/device (single device unless identical configuration; actual device purchase not included). • Includes all benefits of Tier-1 & Tier-2 Packages + • Configuration placed into online shopping cart for customer to confirm and initiate final purchase.
